Wednesday goal is complete! Drank 10 cups of water Total of 45 mins cardio- 20 mins 30 day shred level 1 and 25 minute jog outside! I usually have no problem staying under my cals so that is not a problem for me.

Me too!!! My goal date is April 28th and i have about 12 more pounds to lose so this is perfect for me! I am really excited and am gonna kick butt!

I am researching the new BodyBuggSP, because I really want to buy one. Do you find that the calories burned is accurate?

I recently paid $70 for a hrm and a calorie counting watch to wear. It is a Sportline watch. Waste of money. It does not come anywhere near counting the calroies that i am burning. :( So now i am in the search of something that works!

fat and muscle weigh the same amount. A pound is a pound., the difference is that fat takes up more room in its pound.

For during the week i will eat a 90 cal choc chip cookie granola bar. If it is my cheat day on saturday it will be a hot fudge sunday with extra hot fudge from mcdonalds.

hun, i am the same way with food! The worst part for me is at night when my husband is at work and i am doing homework...all i want to do is snack!! Its hard but i find keeping things like grapes and yogurt on hand can help with the snacking.

I have been thinking about the same thing. FYI slimfast has some meal replacement shakes that has a substantual amount of protein in them.

for that reason, keep some 90 calorie bars and some fresh fruit at the house. My favorite go to snack to help those cravings are melon

I am also new here and love the easiness of tracking food and exercise. I am using this tool in conjunction with the slimfast 3-2-1 plan.
