Okay so I don't have specific songs, but I have a Pandora station that I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! It's called Techno Gym and it rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every song keeps you pumped up and pushing harder! And when a song gets a little too slow....I just put the thumbs down so that it won't play again! Its so awesome!0

Have you guys heard of runhundred.com? A guy on MFP recommended it to me. It sends a weekly e-mail of suggestions for your playlist and you can look up song suggestions in the archive by genre and decade.
I've downloaded a few of the suggestions already and I just joined two weeks ago.

My favourites at the moment are "I Like That" by Richard Vission and "Single Ladies" by Beyonce. Single ladies is mainly because I aspire to be able to dance around in nothing but a leotard like Beyonce does in the video lol
Great suggestions by everyone else though. Music is the best motivator for me and I think switching songs around helps switch up my workout.0 -
What you waiting for - Gwen Stefani
Actually... All Gwen and No doubt! Haha0 -
For cardio I like the Black Eyed Peas "Elephunk" and for hardcore strength workouts I like Rammstein (really any of their albums will do).0

LifeHacker recently discussed a study that showed that music 130bpm or more substantially increased athletic performance. Athletes even found the same exercise to be so much easier that they believed the scientists had actually decreased the weights and intensity of their exercise machines. I loved reading that so I pulled everything out of my iTunes library that is 130bpm or more and it is a GREAT workout soundtrack for me. There are lots of free programs available for DJs to find BPM, so I just downloaded one of them.
My current fave workout song are:
Edge of Glory - Gaga
Potential Breakup Song - Aly & Aj
Badass - Black Robot (my ultimate song for kicking it into high gear)
Stronger - Kanye
Bulls on Parade - Rage Against the Machine
Lots of random stuff with thumping techno beats, and lots of screaming thrash metal, too0 -
Tonight's selection included: Ludacris, Nelly, and Outkast. I felt like I was back in my college dorm room again.
Usually I work out to a Pandora station called "Dance/Club".
When I lift weights, I find a milder selection, like REM.0 -
Daft punk - all the way! "Harder, better, faster, stronger!"
I like to work out to a bit of dance music, plus a bit of old school stuff (ie 'Fame'), bit of Aussie hip hop (such as Bliss n Eso), Florence and the Machine, all of it really!
Cool down track - R Kelly - I am the greatest!0 -

Great ideas, guys. I already snagged a few.
I found a few Britney Spears remixes on the internet yesterday. Apparently she had two bonus albums that were solely remixes. They're all great for cardio workouts!
