Someone has chosen to omit something from their diet, and is proud of what they have achieved, but everyone's turning it into a sugar war! congrats chicacherry, on choosing what to omit and sticking to it :D i've cut alchohol, as the calories just aren't worth it.

i'm gonna post here again, it's awesome having more people around. i've added a few people from here, but anyone want to send me a request? :D i'm here to lose weight, and to become the sort of person at the gym that i look at and envy at the moment.

go to bed in your gym kit, and move the alarm clock so you have to walk to it.

for water i usually just count 1 cup as a regular sized glass, the sort you could pour a can into (but i dont really log water as i like to complete my entry early evening but still be free to drink more :P)

it's great, up to each individual as to what the others can see, but if your profile and diary are open to friends you get better advice. you get to see the things people have done and what they eat and it's inspiring :P

my knives always vanish. and they don't seem to reappear, wonder if they become pointless utensils that make drawers stick

nah, you get used to it, i tend to pre log my day as i go, then i can tweak it. theres a phone app for on the move, or you can remember what calories are left and choose accordingly. it has a list of foods eaten recently/regularly so you don't have to hunt for every little thing.

i took up knitting to help stop evening snacking, my hands are too busy, and i learned that things take time :P

my friends want me to drink with them. i've quit as of now as the calories aren't worth it, so they're gonna be confused and annoyed :D

i'm back at square one myself after thinking myself a special snowflake and neglecting to work. the false sense of security with the weight i had already lost was my downfall! we can do this :P

I really never liked water, always tasted a nasty aftertaste. I found it tasted ok after exercising for at least 30 mins +, till i was really thirsty, then it tasted good (chilled), the more i exercised, the more i drank, and now ive gotten used to it.
