Before I began losing weight mine came on the 1st of every month like clockwork. The first month I began workout I got 2 periods in 1 month. My normal that starts on the 1st, then another that started 2 weeks later. Losing weight completely changed my schedule. It started coming 2 weeks later than it had since I was a kid.…

- Being warm - Being comfortable sitting or laying - Having a giant butt - Not caring what I ate - Not fearing gaining weight

Started at 273, nobody said anything until I had lost like 50 pounds. I'm now 194 and just really realizing the difference

I just drink a 5 hour energy. I used to spend a lot on supplements, but they just make me itchy anxious, but don't actually help me move at all. I just pick up at 5 hour energy at 7-11 on the way to the gym. Seems to be all I need!

Sobriety. Not being dope sick all the time and actually being able to eat. I don't regret the gaining back 50 pounds (even tho I've currently lost 45 of the 50 I've gained). It was from happiness.

Carby foods. And sugar.

I was diagnosed with PCOS 10 years ago. I can tell you one thing - that mid section fat is not wanting to budge. I'm losing weight everywhere but my stomach. Losing weight and being active has helped regulate my period, but it hasn't helped with any of my other symptoms. Still have acne, thin hair, and I'm starting to grow…

Its never too late. You're not defeated until you stop trying. Years ago I went from 273 down to like 190. I got pregnant and got back up to 226. Started losing weight again and got down to 195. I was committed to a ward for postpartum depression and ended up gaining weight while there. Sobriety and my mental health ended…

I was in so much pain from my weight I couldn't take it anymore. I have 2 special needs toddler that I take care of by myself. I could not hardly bend over the change diapers or pick them. I was done with it. I pretty much just dove right into it. I don't know what in me changed, or what the motivation was, but I just did…

Honestly if he cares about cellulite so much so that he's grossed out when he sees you naked - he's not worth your time. Value yourself more than that.

26. I've lost 75 pounds, but I have 28 left until my UGW. :)

I've been a keto-er for close to 5 months. :)

I'm in recovery for bulimia. I've been in and out for the past 10 years. Good luck, and it's great that you're getting help.

I'm 5'7.5" and currently 198. I'm comfortable here. I'm bottom heavy. All of my weight goes to my butt and hips. I'm also small chested and want to cling onto what tiny bit I have. As of now I only have a goal of losing 21 more pounds.

I eat an EXTREMELY strict diet, and most people that I'm around know not to even go there with me when it comes to food, but every once in awhile someone pushes those buttons. If I'm at say like, a birthday party, and someone offers me a piece of cake and I say no thank you, their favorite response is "you ate junk the…

I eat an extremely strict diet of meat, veggies, whole fat dairy, and nuts. The only sugar in my diet is the sugar that naturally occurs in those foods. My body is in a state of ketosis and burns ketones instead of sugar. Definitely still have a pulse and healthier than ever. And I definitely don't care if someone else…

Detoxes are a fad that literally will just make you lose "weight" from pooping your guts out. Weight that you'll gain back once you start eating again. Just dive right into a lifestyle change. No detox needed. Your livers doing a good job at that already. ;)

Sometimes I don't gain anything, sometimes I gain as much as 10. And anywhere in between.

I guess you could say that I do Adkins. I'm a low carber. 43 (which I have lost since July) of my 75 (lost over the course of years) pounds lost has been from eating a low carb diet.

True for me. Wanna argue about my inherited bipolar disorder? My ptsd from watching 2 of my children die? And also the drug and alcohol abuse I turned to to cope with said trauma? I mean. If we're going to call a spade a spade - go ahead and point out things I can't help. But let's also point out things about you, like…

Staring at my computer screen and being pissed that my kids wont go to sleep. :)

I'm 5'8" 200 pounds and according to my BMI I'm obese. Do I look obese? No. I chose to be happy where I am now because I don't want to lose my hips. If I lose anymore, it'll be a bonus. But I love my body. Screw the number and screw BMI.

I didn't have any. I don't really care for it. My kids both got huge buckets full trick or treating and I've offered it to everyone who comes over. They're like "what about them?! What about YOU?!" They don't need that much candy and I don't care for it! :D

My kids are so wired from Halloween candy right now, and I just want to go to bed. (Yes, I do sit around in faux fur looking like Lydia Deetz everyday. This is not a costume. :D )
