Fruits contain natural sugars, so I wouldn't worry about it.....unless you add some, which is bad.

i wouldn't worry..protein makes u feel full is what I am told.. As for snacks, your choice look for those 100 calorie packs I like the Special K cracker chips...

sorry for your pain, it look me nearly a year to heal from a herniated disk in my neck/ upper back. The patch helped me immensely!! I also went thru having the shots..one is not going to do it. Give yourself some time and rest lots is all you can do. I also saw a chiropractor which helped but its not going to be a quick…

I am happy to fit into smaller clothes and they look good on me!! I have noticed that my shoulders , neck, and face are looking smaller too . My favorite jeans are now becoming to big so I have to find a new favorite.Why did I wait so long to do this?

what great exercise!! I am in a cold weather climate so I would take in consideration that... some days you may not be able to do it. I would do it for as long as I could.

I find reading labels to be very helpful in choosing foods with less sodium and fat contents. I also need to add protein so its a challenge to find anything with the specifics that I need.. Most any place takes EBT cards I shop at my local Walmart and have been able to find good foods.
