I made a quinoa spaghetti last week where I added 1 avocado, a hand-full of basil, juice of 1 lemon and some garlic to a food processor and used that as the sauce. If your calves hurt it could be the shoes you are using, your form or a combination. It could be that you are engaging and working those muscles differently than you are used to as well

For dinner tonight I cooked up a spaghetti squash with a thai peanut sauce. I was lazy and cooked the squash in the microwave and start to cleanup took under 20 minutes. Added some carrots and cilantro as garnish and it was bliss

I eat tuna on a bed of brown rice/quinoa pasta with spinach and cherry tomatoes with just lemon pepper. Works for me.

I will be there Sunday. Expect a lot of TALL things to climb over. SoCal rolled out a lot of new obstacles and they seemed to have a heights theme. I think they always say to bring a headlamp. It's for the later heats in case they don't finish before dark.

I'm really hoping it is the Coliseum as well. That would be killer. I had an absolute blast at the SF AT&T Sprint and would love to do one closer to home. I barely survived. I *might* have slept on the couch for 3 days straight because I was too sore to get into bed.

Yes!!! Pushing Daisies. I also LOVED Wonderfalls. That was way too short lived. Freaks and Geeks Firefly There was a show called the Middleman that was super quirky and adorable and I wish it lasted longer.

I thought Miyazaki is retired for good and his studio is shutting down. Anything by Miyazaki is my favorite. That man creates such beautiful art and stories.

I have something like a camelback, but honestly only take it on trail runs. Otherwise for normal runs I just take sports beans and a packet or two of mustard.
