I don't care if It is made of unicorns, magic, and rainbows. I refuse to use it on sheer principle due to how obnoxious and desperatelyaggressive the "coaches" who sell it are.

Eh. Chipotle is delicious and only eaten occasionally. I ways go in there knowing full well I'm leaving stuffed from eating too much and I'm a a-okay with that.

It was a great event. But it looks like there is preregistration for an LA Stadium Sprint for 2015, So hopefully that happens, since it is WAY closer to me. I will be in Malibu as well. Can't wait! Next for me is I have a half next weekend (my first) and it's ALL uphill. 3000ft gain in elevation. And I have a ruck the day…

Preworkouts make me jittery. I worry I will end up running around buck naked climbing walls like Spider-Man. But on the rare occasion I do use one, I like Honey Badger..

Probably nether. The only way to know for sure it an HRM. Myfitnesspal is notorious for overestimating calories. I would guess the bike would be more accurate since it knows what tempo and distance you did it at.

If you use the search option there are about 50 billion sports bra posts. That being said. I use the Fiona by Moving Comfort.

I think everything is listed in cardio as a way to track calories burned. I log stuff like that as cardio and then just manually change the calories burned to 1

I stuff tuna salad into mini bell peppers for a snack. Hummus and veggies. Apple and some sort of nut butter Hard boiled egg String cheese

I foam roll everyday. If I wasn't lazy and woke up early enough I would do it twice a day. Hurts so good!

I try and get a sand run in once a week. Either just a regular run along the beach or sand dune hill sprints. They never fail to kick my butt.

Do you already know exactly what you want? I would highly suggest going to a running store and getting fitted for running shoes. Unless you already know exactly what you want and how it fits and all that jazz. In which case I would still worry more about the return policy instead of the prices just in case.…

I pay $50 a month for my gym membership. I enjoy my gym and use it. So worth every penny.

Get fitted. Everyone's feet and stride are different, so what one person swears by could be nothing but pain and blisters on someone else. My friend loves Brooks. I passionatetly hate them. I prefer Nike and Newtons for road running.

The second you put on your shoes and step outside to go for a run, or step on the treadmill you are a runner.

I second Moving Comfort. I have a Fiona and Juno and am 32DD. I've backpacked through Peru in them. I've done mud runs, 10ks, half training,.... I can do anything in them and they are comfortable and keep my boobs on lock down. PLUS... they are cute enough I can go on a trail run in just a sports bra.

As a woman it is HARD to bulk. Ideally maybe 6 pounds of muscle a year. I work my butt off to get muscle and it's a slow process. I really wouldn't worry too much about it. It's also easily corrected if you don't want to get bigger. Don't eat as much and don't lift as heavy.

Try googling clean eating desserts. There are lots out there. I eat clean 80% and have made "clean" brownies, chocolate pb cups, junior mints, you name it. j

Go to a running store and get fitted. Ideally they will put you on a treadmill with cameras and film and watch the way your foot strikes when you run. It should be a free service. From there they can suggest shoes that work for you.
