My hair is too short to go in a ponytail, so I pin it back, wear a buff, or just throw on a baseball cap... which has the added benefit of keeping swear dripping on my face. I wash my hair with shampoo once a week, and just rinse it in cool water the rest of the time or use dry shampoo.

My first half I was so bored my friend and I pretended to be tigers and then would stalk and pass prey ( we called the runners wounded gazelle) while growling and snarling. We got a lot of weird looks, but we had a blast.

This has happened to me sadly. Ooops. Very embarrassing. I get my pants at Victoria's Secret of all places. I have one pair that have survived about 2 years of the gym and about 25 Spartan Races. Whatever gets you moving and you enjoy. If you want to start running the Couch to 5k program has free apps for your phone and incorporates walking and running until you are able to run for 30 minutes straight.

If you can do moderation, then by all means have some ice cream or cookies. If you struggle with moderation, maybe find healthier alternatives? Slice up bananas, dip in chocolate and freeze? Or maybe a baked apple?

It put my roomie in the hospital with some form of food poisoning and gave me the sensation of an alien baby in my stomach just sampling it. I would trash it all.

What a few other people said and slow down. You aren't being chased by an axe murderer ideally. When I did C25K my "run" was slower than my walk. Speed will some with time. If you start to struggle just slow down.

The Simi Valley store that had the outbreak... it still is busy whenever I go there. Chipotle is a calorie bomb, but eating it once in a blue moon isn't going to kill me.

I use whole wheat pita crust when I'm in a pinch and craving pizza. If you google you can find some spaghetti squash pizza casserole recipes. Sounds crazy, but they are pretty good. I make it all the time.

I make a tuna salad with cottage cheese, tuna, lots of chopped veggies, and seasonings. Maybe some lemon juice and zest.

Bolthouse has a ranch with a yogurt base that is pretty good. I've seen a lot of paleo recipes online. I'm not paleo, so I've never used them, but maybe try some and see if you like any?
