Put your pills wherever, but realize you need to take then first thing with water. If you don't you die. If you mess around and don't take them properly you do not get the full benefit of the drug and will stay symptomatic. I am hypo also. I think you can remember if you take it to heart that your heart will just slow down…

For me it is the no/lo carb. I am a to diabetic and after a couple of days on our end of those my sugar soars out of control.

Portion control has been key for me to help keep my sugars under control. It can be hard because I like to eat, but it is really helpful.

i lost my first 35 with weight watchers and the rest with MFP. I have lost 71 pounds. It could have been more but i was out of it for a while. This app is great and the people are wonderful. It is far better than a weight watcher's meeting. A lot more support and someone is always around. Add me if you like too

how are your carbs? You still need to watch the carb levels for diabetes. diabetic here also.

Jazz Apples are awesome

Don't have the stats but a super quick yummy soup can be had by taking campbell's tomato soup and mixing it with a can of 365 tomatoes. it is yummy and good.

Your diary would need to be open for people to make suggestions or you would need to be far more forthcoming with your meal plan. You can lose weight without exercise although you don't do yourself favors that way. sometimes it is a way to get started.

If you cannot do it now how will you maintain your weight loss and lifestyle after bypass? You have to be able to maintain your diet and fitness goals after surgery as well.

Eating well has a ton of meal plans along with recipes and shopping lists sounds like just what you need. try their web site.

I am an Episcopalian. We do honor Lent by the study and preparation. I grew up in New Orleans which is primarily Catholic and the old ways of giving something up were practiced. I am giving up cursing. It will be hard.

Your words and inspiration kept me from sliding down the slippery slope of gaining weight back again. I still appreciate that. It is what still keeps my scale moving forward so to speak instead of repeating old numbers. I do not travel the same path but when I take a break I never gain more than a pound. Thank sir more…

Not really sure why you would need us at all. Have you tried sparks people?

mine was the start of accountability for myself to leave it open. Once in a while I will look at other peoples for ideas but not often.

.6 for me, so not so bad

No I think the idea is to give up the day one start over. The idea is not to start over a diet every time you make a mistake but to change your eating and exercise habits for good. Then there is no start over, you just continue on with your healthy lifestyle.

I quit smoking 7 years ago. I used a patch the first day and then nothing. Please go to whyquit.com and read through what happens to your body when you quit. Much of what your are describing is in your head and can certainly be avoided when you understand completely what happens when you quit tobacco. another site to go is…

Second is to realize why you ate it. Are you hungry? You didn't eat it because it was there.

I did WW and it worked well as long as it was convenient. Like MFP it is what you make of it. If you choose to use points for junk food that is what you do. If you set your calories lower or exercise more you lose more weight. I find WW to be exceptionally expensive for what you get and the support to be more motivating on…

The less processed food you use the easier it is.

I am hypo and it is a struggle. My Dr. will not consider Armour and I know that my TSH is at the high end of the range right now so I am trying to maintain till I can get this levelled off again. Good luck. Some people just drop it off for others of us it is a struggle. I picked up over one hundred pounds before I was…

I found if I set my calorie goal and stayed with it I lost just like on WW but for free. I have a lot to loose though. I also did find it an eye opener to see the calories on some things I had had taken for granted. Good Luck!
