I think the rewards is going to be the goal itself; can't wait to be back at my lovin' weight. I'll probably redo my wardrobe though I wouldn't say it's a reward as much as it will be a necessity.

I love the stuff, but it's very sweet so I tend to eat only a ring or two at a time since. No need to cut out any fruits IMO just eat proper portions within your goals like you would any other food. Try mixing them with berries as the others have stated to lower the calories of the dish. An added benefit of mixing it is…

Unless I happen to get some awful coffee I just drink mine black. If I end up buying coffee I don't care for then I tend to make it when I'm having milk and cereal for breakfast so I can pour my leftover milk into the coffee. A cup or two of coffee is actually good for you and is linked to a number of health benefits. I…

Yep took me a while to realize it was there myself. Now I just log minutes of training for an estimate of calories burned.

Nope. Too much penis.

"Intamate"??? oh, you mean *kitten*.

I'm sure there are a million things I'd do differently, but I don't think about it. My favorite quote about the past: Chuck Palahniuk - "Your past is just a story. And once you realize this it has no power over you."

Fortunately women do date old guys all the time; If they didn't I'd never get laid!!!! Have you seen what women my age look like? In a 'real' city it wouldn't be an issue, but in a smaller college town the women my age have kids and look like horrible train wrecks.
-
I'm guessing it's the same reasons I don't date fat girls. Health, attractiveness, motivation.

Good job and good luck getting to 18%!!! I think women around 18% look perfect, but that's like just my opinion man.

Grats on the new boobs.

Chiropractor? My dad had several slipped disks and eventually surgery. After the surgery he had another slipped disk and decided to try out a chiropractor before he explored surgical options again. He's been going to a chiropractor ever since and hasn't had any major back problems for the past 25 years. I've had a few…

Depends on your calorie deficit and how much you planned to lose in the first week. Generally speaking it's not uncommon to drop 5+ lbs of water weight in the first week because of how much sodium gets cut out of your diet when switching to healthy food choices.

Avoid white sauces with huge servings of pasta. Other than that you should order whatever sounds good on the menu and use portion control (leftover box) if it seems too rich.

Snacks - Strawberries (very low cal and delicous); I also like raw carrot chips dipped into hummis. Also, it's a great time of the year for spaggeti squash which can be cooked in the microwave in minutes.

It tastes great; I especially love it in stir fry style dishes. Cooking istructions are on the packet.

Is caffiene a diuretic? Yes. Has it been proven you can live on tea, coffee, soda with no water intake at all? Yes. Is arguing over how someone chooses to track their water itake stupid? Yes.

You need to keep in mind that a lot of people don't log everything or simply don't go back to yesterdays log to finish it.

I see it around. I'd rather have the calories from sugar, honey or agave.

Banana and nuts. Pretty much any combination of foods for carbs/protien should be enough to fuel your workouts.

I went to visit friends around halloween and ate out with them frequently. Just eat reasonably and enjoy your trip because 4 days isn't going to make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things.

I can't count how many times I've made eggs sunny side up as part of my dinner. Soup for breakfast? All day long.
-
If you want to lower carbs and add calories I'd suggest nuts, hard boiled eggs and cheese snacks.

C25K is great, I used similar training methods to train for a marathon. As the others have said you don't need to drop $150 on running shoes. You can find good shoes in the $50-$75 range, but you should absolutely go to a store that will analize your gait and put you into the 'right' type of shoe. Don't think you can buy…

Water. Apparently a huge portion of the population can't tell the difference between thirst and hunger.

I checked in every single morning for a while on the scale. Now I just don't care to see the minor fluctuations and I check in every few days to see how things are going. The thing I'm really irked I didn't track when I started was my thighs. Judging by my jeans I've lost about 2 inches in my thighs and it would have been…
