I love Leslie work-outs. She looks fantastic:) I really like her new work-out with the interval work-outs. I haven't done any of her work=outs this week because I have been walking mostly outside.

Hello everyone! I lost 1.8 lbs this week. I have apprx. 7 more lbs to lose by June 21st.

I have been doing Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walk. I really liked it because it is her radio remix tape. Today I am doing the 5 mile tape.

I had stopped doing the push-up challenge about the 19th day. I am still going to do it eventhough the challenge is over. I have done other things to work-out but could never fit it in. I have lost 2lbs. this week and 12 lbs. so far.

I walked today at the YM for 35 minutes I did Leslie Sansone 4 Fast Miles I rode the stationary bike for 1 hour and 30 minutes

I have a 12 year old and I am just explaining to her that I am trying to be healthier. I was 20 lbs over what my bmi said I should be and I wanted to lose it to be healthy.

I take a multi-vitamin, fish oil and a calcium supplement (I am allergic to milk).
