Don't worry...we have not turned into vampires or a lizzard. I too find that I get cold chills quite often. Usually come a long when I am hungry, and happens especially when I eat apples. Its odd.

I was a very avid gym goer last year 3-4 times a week. But I was not watching what I ate...so of course my training didn't do anything, and was not losing much at all. but as soon as I kicked it into gear then the pounds started coming off.

Been attempting to get to the gym at least 3 days a week...but with my wedding only 23 days away I am finding I am running out of time to sleep! But watching exactly what I eat. This is a big one for me.

The big reason is its gluten free. You can make many things with it, quinoa salad is my favorite....light and easy to whip up. When you cook it, boil it in some broth (low calorie of course) or add some seasoning to the water while it cooks. It will definitely help.

I ended up going to a lingere shop to find a good sports bra. It is amazing, more pricey ($100) but well worth it. Barely any bounce, and it does 'squish' a bit but nothing uncomfortable.

I have done both as well and much prefer MFP. Weight watchers new program is bizarre, counts fruits and veggies as 0 points...when there are some high calorie items that fall in those categories. Thanks for that!! I literally haven't owned a bathing suit since before I went way OW. So the self consciousness is still creeping around. Did a kranking last night for some cardio which was nice to get the heart racing again. Going to physio tonight to find out if I can get on the recumbant bike!
