I had someone come in and hop on the elliptical right next to me with SO much perfume on I honestly started coughing and couldn;t breath! Really, not needed for the gym!!

Can you still do Cardio on a rest day if you are not lifting?

I hated it to, but honestly in my life it is my only block of undisturbed ME time in my day. I read a book while I do my Cardio, I know I know, might not give me the *best* results, but I give er on there while I am doing it. I look forward to that block of time where I don't have to worry about how I am going to juggle…

Has anyone tried the Armour Bra from Under Armour, I am thinking abot getting that one, but it`s a pretty big price tag.

What about Whole Grain rice? It is Gluten free, is it allowed on the "Wheat Belly" Diet? Never read the book but curious about the logic on this one.

Very true! I started my lifestlye change two weeks before I found MFP but wanted to be able to see ALL my progress on MFP so I did my start weight the first day and the second day I weighed in with my two week loss. I like to be able to see my total progress all at once.

I am 5"1 &3/4 and have a total goal of 95 pounds to get me down to 120. I am 32 and vrey determined to have a huge chunk gone by the time I turn 33 in the spring!! In the last 7 weeks I have lost 19.8 pounds and would love to have some more friends who are determined, dedicated and have similar goals.
