Weigh in (Sept. 30) Starting weight for October challenge is 243.6 I’m setting a goal to lose 5 pounds this month. I’m going to step up my exercise. What’s realistic for me is yoga class twice a week and one workout at the gym per week.

I have indulged when the opportunities presented themselves but also passed on ice cream and milkshakes that others were having. I could have done better but I also could have done much worse.

Mindless eating. Tracking helped me realize how often I take little bites that add up to a lot of calories over time.

Me too! I gave in and had pizza for dinner even though there were more healthy options available. Today I meal planned and will stick to the plan. Lunch was salmon burger over kale and rice. I cooked it after the pizza last night. 💪🏻

Daily post for 8/13 Track yes Calories yes Exercise no (again) 👎🏻 I reduced my calories goal from 1600 to 1300. I think it totally doable and might force me to get some more fruits and vegetables in and to make up for my lack of exercise.

Daily post 8-3 Tracking-no Calories-? I was good even tho I didn’t track Exercise-no I started the day good by drinking a ton of water. I guess I took a cheat day without really planning on it. Hi! I tried weight watchers a couple of times. Like you said, it was great but I had to stop going for a few reasons. Hoping MFP is a good replacement. I’m just really missing my weekly checkins! Anyone know of an accountability group or want to start one?
