  • im at the same problem..up/down same 3 lbs after losing about 46 lbs.. but it seems like from all i read and all the advise that i need to eat more.. i so find it hard to get thru my thick skull that eating more will make me lose weight as i (and think alot of us) has always thought less is better! but........it cant hurt…

  • yes this seems to be everyones story on it.......yes u will have success but short term.. i suggest ditching it, and read the success stories on the message boards...not one got to their goal weight and maintained using a pill..that says alot to me..

  • I'm up a lb... which has become my normal.......down 2 lbs , up one, down, up.. 3 steps forward, and 2 steps back.. need to get out of this cycle!!!
  • not familiar with this supplement exactly but from what i know and read and experienced, they work at first and then you either have to keep upping what you take or when you go off your metabolism is all messed up and you gain what you lost and plus.. it is possible to lose weight without taking anything ..give yourself…

  • i do my meaurements once a month in the morning.. and weigh in on scale once a week.. i measure chest, waist, hips, thigh and upper arm. notice on MFP they have a neck option but havent done that yet. do what works for you...

  • did 45 mins of fast paced walking , including walking over an overpass that has some hills up/down and did 15 wall pushups as trying to do that other challenge that another member posted. portion control has been good. need to work on water..probably only getting about 24-30oz of water in a day......
