Thanks for all the responses, guys! Just today I managed to hide some iron in my mornings oats - molasses, cinnamon, honey, topped with yogurt and strawberries and blueberries! Most filling breakfast in ages, plus over 50% of my iron needs! I'll keep the suggestions under my belt, they're definitely going to come in handy!

It is impossible to spot burn any particular area of fat, unfortunately :( Your best shot is to continue with the cardio, but eat right too to ensure weight loss

Insanity in the morning, then about 3000 calories of food, and then a guilt workout on Nike that burnt probably 300. Not the best, but at least I got some of the excess food burnt off :) !

It could be possible, I have no idea. But I would not recommend nor would believe it is a healthy weight loss goal. To lose 5kg of body fat in a week you'd need a calorie deficit probably in the negatives, so it's not a very good idea. Vegetables and that don't seem to be too steep at the moment, where I am at least. But spelt flour and coconut oil on the other hand - and other healthies of that nature - are so expensive I really can't find a way to purchase them without anxiety of having no more money
