A good suggestion posted by others has been....what is your reason for losing weight/getting in shape. Use that for your Inspiration and motivation. What is your 'why'? It has to be meaningfully and important to you. Best of luck!

I think getting in shape and feeling good about the way you look helps to improve your confidence and self esteem...this was probably a big factor. Positive encourages positive. Great job on your dedication to get in shape and be a better you.

I had it done - some of the best money I have spent. I wore contact lenses all the time. I hated wearing glasses plus my presciption was strong. omg lol at throwing the cookie out the window. ..that is something I would need to do! When it comes to certain foods, I have no self restraint. I.e. If I buy Nutella, I will keep eating it out of jar with a spoon...so I can't buy it any more. Lol.

I love this thread. I am grateful for my kids....I woke up tired and felt a bit cranky while making their school lunches/breakfast and then I realized if I was somewhere else I would be missing them and wishing I was there enjoying time with them before they left for school. My cup is truly full. :) <3
