Log it. (I've been known to have leftover birthday cake for breakfast.)0

Mmmm... lasagna!! I wish I had some right now for breakfast too!! Mmmm....
Lucky you!!
Why in the world would you be ashamed to eat food? Be ashamed if you'd eaten dog food or something like that.0 -
Now I want lasagna!!!0

Sounds yummy0
-
I would totally do it...0

I love lasagna for breakfast! Or cold pizza even. Or any leftovers for that matter. I don't see the issue.0
-
I have seen a few recipes that make a breakfast lasagna that includes egg whites, turkey bacon, and low fat cheese.0

What's wrong with lasagna for breakfast?0
-
It's got carbs, protein, and veggies.........perfectly balanced meal no matter when you eat it. Enjoy it, log it and put a smile on your face. Tonight you can have breakfast for dinner if it makes you feel better.0

Did the same thing a couple weeks back.
Considered it brunch. And didn't eat lunch.0 -
Have done and would do again!0
-
Now THAT'S a good breakfast!0

Noodles. Made from grain. Like toast, right? Tomatoes. Well, they're a fruit. Any hamburger or sausage in the sauce...just like a side o' bacon. Any veggies in it are a bonus. Sounds like breakfast to me!0

yes please.0

No shame
Unless you ate the whole pan of lasagna?? In which case SHAME!!! You didnt share0 -

who says breakfast has to be eggs or cereal????0 -
You're a tool of the breakfast cereal companies if you are ashamed of that
I had steak, potatoes, and asparagus.0 -

What? Why are you ashamed? I'm missing something, I think. Did you binge eat lasagna and blow all your calories for the day? If so, just eat light the rest of the day and don't sweat it. Next time have a reasonable portion of lasagna.0 -
That is the best idea for breakfast.0
-
That sounds awesome. Everything you need for balanced breakfast.0
-
And u didnt even offer me any...now that is a shame! Love lasagna!0
-
I often eat non-breakfast foods for breakfast. Who cares when you eat soup or left over pizza?0
-
And u didnt even offer me any...now that is a shame! Love lasagna!
I will make you your own batch next time0 -
It was a reasonable portion. MFP says it was half my calories for the day. I am going to the gym today anyway... but for the remainder of the day I will eat an apple, oatmeal, another coffee, and maybe some tilapia for after the gym.
My problem usually is I can only control eating light during the morning hours.. once I start to get towards lunch and dinner I start wanting to eat lunch and dinner type meals. This results in me eating medium to heavy throughout the day. Luckily I only have healthy snacks at work0 -
Sounds like a very nice balanced breakfast to me!
I've had meatloaf and mashed potatoes for breakfast. No regrets.0 -

Why? Lasagna usually has lots of protein. As long as you ate a reasonable portion, I don't see the issue.0 -
