You are a true inspiration! Such dedication...I could not have done that without cheating..no way no how so I'm VERY impressed with your will power. It worked and you deserve a virtual high five so here it is *air high five*

Same here. I did see a message that said they were working on steps and syncing on the 25th so perhaps this is all part of that? I can get to the food logging but not the home page. I thought it was with my new phone but then my laptop did the same thing so...I guess we wait.

Logging always and putting my water in a pitcher in the morning and refilling my 16 oz bottle from that pitcher. I KNOW I get my water in that way. I'm starting with IF as well and it does help with late night snacking!

Fantastic weight loss! Keep up the good work! Congrats!

Mine is syncing steps but not calculating calories burned even tho I have 10k. I'm sure it will get fixed by tomorrow. It's happened before so probably just a glitch with the app. and not our devices. Patience!

Congrats! You look fantastic! What a testament to never giving up and learning how to manage your diet in maintenance. Quite inspiring!

You look fantastic! Great job! Inspiring story too as I will hit 60 next month and still have 30 lbs to lose. Hoping that 2019 is my year since 2018 kinda sucked.

You look great, congrats! I wish my husband cared more about his health. I'm still working on losing my weight but at least I'm logging meals and getting my workouts in almost every day. Nice to know that even at our age (I'll be 60 in January) we can change our bodies and be the best version of us we can be. Very…

Let me just say how proud I am of each of you for starting this journey whether it is for the first time, second time or whatever. I have been on this site for about as long as I have had a fitbit (approx 5 or 6 years I lose count at my old age..LOL) I don't have as much to lose but I have struggled to lose what I do have.…

You look amazing! Congrats!

I'm having to buy new "smaller" clothes. I also can get into the few clothing items I bought several years ago when I was planning on losing a few pounds. It never happened till now. They are all summer things (shorts, a sun dress and crop pants) and they all FIT. I'm putting aside the clothes that are too big and enjoying…

To lose 5 pounds. That will put me back into the 160's , a place I haven't been in 15 years. I leave for CA in 2 weeks and would love to get there by then. If not, anywhere close to that would make me happy! :-)

I'm 59, have 2 cats and love to walk/jog/bike and swim at my childhood lake when I can. I want to lose 25 to 30 pounds. Feel free to add me.

Boars head London Broil roast beef roll up (roast beef spread with laughing cow creamy swiss and banana peppers and lettuce rolled up with a dill pickle slice on the side. Yummy!

I'm 59 and would like to lose 30 or 35. You seasoned "losers" are amazing and very motivating. I've been a member for several years but never was consistent with my logging (or exactly truthful) . I have a different (read that as "better") mindset now but I am still learning. Continued success to you all and good luck to…

Welcome! You are already pretty! It's time to get healthy. Start small but be honest in your logging and use a food scale to weigh everything, measure liquids and don't forget the little bites and things like condiments add up. Walking works for exercise or take a class, do a DVD or go online...just get moving. Eat foods…

I put a scoop of chocolate protein powder in it and it tastes like chocolate pudding. I also have realized that low fat cottage cheese is as healthy as plain yogurt and served with fruit (berries are lowest in carbs I believe) and are often my choice for lunch.

You came to the right place!Log your food every day, use a digital scale to weight and measure everything! Measure liquids, solids and everything that goes in your mouth. Be honest with yourself. Drink your water and walk or get some activity in every day. That is a good goal but don't feel bad if you don't hit it...just…
