I'm so proud, MFP is the BEST tool out there for weight loss! I tried so many other plans and diets before, and nothing worked for very long before I would be craving what I wasn't 'allowed' and ended up bingeing which led to massive regains of weight. 63lbs to goal, feeling amazing!
It's taken some training to get the balance of macros right (I'm vegan so the protein macro is hardest and most important to pay attention to) and I now do a lot of cardio and training for 2 marathon hikes.
To anyone starting out - just keep at it, it's not the fastest way to lose weight, but it's the best in my opinion, and the healthiest for your body and well being
