This!!!! You are, in fact, underweight! If the bloating is truly bothersome, a visit to your doctor is indicated. Eating 1000 calories or less a day is very dangerous to your health! If you are against taking the above advice-you may have an eating disorder and so professional expert help in that field is needed before you…

Full fat for me! I intensely dislike low fat cheese, yogurt etc., and as you say, I feel more satiated with less food and the satisfied feeling lasts much longer.

I love all veggies with the exception of okra-ugh-not for me! I can't eat raw broccoli or spinach or I get awful stomach pain. Otherwise I steam or roast my veggies and mix them with olive oil and spices. I like to dip raw carrots in hummus. I also love all different veggies in a spicy tomato broth.

Wonderful!!! You are doing fantastically!!! Keep up the great work, everyone's rooting for you!!!

Thanks to MFP, it's not difficult for me.

Use 1/2 and see how you do. If you're losing too fast, eat more back. I eat back 1/2 to all of my exercise calories depending on my hunger level. I still lose. Make sure you weigh everything you eat and measure your liquids and log everything!

1 tablespoon mixed into a large bowl of veg/salad is plenty! Mix well so everything is coated evenly. I add balsamic or red wine vinegar also.

A whole bunch of broccoli plus spices and a tablespoon of olive oil/spices. 4 oz. protein. A very filling lunch for 480 calories.

Motivation comes and goes. I have an easier time eating what I like and need within my reasonable deficit. Stop seeing it as a "diet", and see it as a way of life!

Most important for you is buying a food scale! The least expensive I saw on Amazon was 10 but you may be able to find a cheaper one. It is imperative to weight loss to weigh all the food you eat so as not to exceed your daily calorie goal. Put your info into MFP and follow the goal they set for you. You can spice up your…

You absolutely did it right by writing under the quote!

Test your scales by placing a known weight on them to see if it gives an accurate reading.

Maybe you were walking too long or fast on your treadmill. Just go very slowly and for just 5 minutes in the beginning, then little by little, build up your endurance. As far as eating-eat what you enjoy and what you're allowed but make sure you weigh every bite of all your calories! The more days of success you…

Cleanses are completely and thoughly unnecessary and possibly harmful! Just say no to the cleanses. Your body cleanses itself beautifully!

I don't know if you sleep normal hours or during the day. I'm not sure about advice for day sleepers. Don't drink coffee/caffeine after 10/11 am. You may not be able to drink it at all! Also excedrine has caffeine so be careful. Eat your entire calorie goal! Know that it's normal for humans/animals to be wakeful or light…

You look great! How much did you lose?

In Jersey City, we have Krispy Pizza. Their best pie is their square "Grandma" pizza! Just a cheese/sauce pie with basil. The sauce is so tasty! I've been known to save my calories so I can eat half a pie!

For starters, you must start eating enough to lessen the chances of overeating or bingeing on too many sweets. You can binge due to under eating or emotional issues but first thing to do is start eating enough to be strong enough to stop bingeing.

I visited the South of France for3 weeks this summer and ate dinner out quite a bit. Wonderful fresh veggies and seafood there! Didn't gain anything! Lots of walking and swimming and hills! The restaurants actually served much smaller but satisfying portions there-very tasty! Spices and butter, onion and garlic and fresh…

You can maintain it after you lose it! I've been maintaining a 60# loss for years. And I'm sure I'm not alone in doing this!

Maybe a visit to your doctor?

Blue Diamond Almond Breeze-unsweetened vanilla. I tried many brands and this was the best tasting one to me.

I've been following your story and I'm so proud of you! You have what it takes, I see and you're in it for the long haul!

All my food likes/dislikes are the same except I thought I hated beets, but it turns out that I love them!
