    1 tablespoon mixed into a large bowl of veg/salad is plenty!
    Mix well so everything is coated evenly. I add balsamic or red wine vinegar also.

    For my easy salads I will do 2-3 TEASPOONS of olive oil and 2-3 TABLESPOONS of vinegar. That mixture really works out for me and I am happy with the way my salads taste. I just add some nuts and feta cheese and it is perfect!!
