Oatmeal with flax a lot. Also helps boost supply supposedly. I usually mix in peanut butter and other things.

I use Polar and found it priced $20 cheaper on Amazon than in stores. I like it a lot, but my last was a Schosche (which majorly sucked and never worked), so it didn't take much for the Polar to make me happy.

This topic always confuses me. But I do know this: eating fruit is better than eating sugar in candy form, because at least you are eating less fat, more vitamins. Also, I have lost almost 70 lbs in a year, and I eat a lot of sugar in the form of fruits. Just saying, it is possible.

Helped me to realize how much sugar I am eating!! Although some of it is from fruit (I eat more fruit than veggies), I know I still am eating too much added sugar!

Sara, I think that seems like a good range, although everyone's body is different of course. :) Most days I can't feel full on 1200-1300, but on days like today where I have ate beans and more filling, healthier lunch choices, I can usually get by on fewer calories.

Added! Thanks! I read your profile, and OMG my husband is skinnier than me too. I mean, crazy skinny. He has been at the same size since I met him, about 70 lbs lighter than me currently! :( He can eat whatever and whenever he wants and never gain. It drives me crazy!
