I loved regular milk but have switched to almond milk because even lower fat milk is higher in calories. I like Blue Diamond sweetened vanilla almond milk. It is 90 calories per 8 oz verses 130-110 for cow milk depending on fat content. There are lower calorie almond milks available also but I haven't tried them yet.0

i definitely suggest the unsweetened kind though. we can do without those extra sugars.0

I drink Earths Own unsweetened almond milk. Only 40 calories per cup. When I first made the switch I would add about 1/3 cup of skim milk . Now I drink it straight and use it in place of milk in most recipes.. Mmmm good!0

Who is "we"? You got a mouse in your pocket?0 -
I agree with people who have said almond. But then again only thing close to milk in our house is Powdered Milk and that's just for the kids and baking. Can't do soy because my body doesn't process it right and .... well lets just say it's not a pretty feeling or sight to watch paint peel.0

I love almond milk! Rice milk is equally as good in my opinion.0

Silk, Vanilla, Unsweetened Almond. 30 calories per cup0

I don't like animal milk, so either soy or almond. I have no preference, but I get vouchers for free 8th Continent Soy Milk so I drink a lot of that.0

I like 2% milk. I just can't get use to the others. I would rather eat less calories somewhere else.0

I am the opposite. I find the almond milk disgusting. I can handle soy last I remembered.0

I like silk original soy milk but have never tried almond milk. I've heard great things, though!0

Almond milk allllll the way Blue Diamond has some that are 30-40 calories per serving0
-
Definitely almond milk! I buy the original because the vanilla is too sweet for me.0

I don't mind the taste of almond milk, but prefer cow's milk (2% or nonfat) for the protein content. Almond milk has almost zero protein (1g/cup).0
