So what was your success secret? I've decided there is a secret for everyone. Whether it was just working out, watching what you ate, whether you ate back your workout cals. Make sure you get a breadcrumb you like. It'll make or break the recipe. It's pretty awesome though!

I walk 2.5 miles in the morning before work on the treadmill. At night my boyfriend runs on the treadmill and I do something like 30DS. I don't feel I'm overdoing anything really. He gets up for work 2.5 hours before I have to be at work. So I get up with him so he can do this time at night and keeps me motivated to do…

Before I started working out often I didn't wash my hair every day. Just have been since I've been since I'm usually soaked in sweat. By body wash you mean I can wash my hair with it? I LOVE Mane n' Tail! Doesn't smell all that great but doesn't carry once I'm out of the shower and make my hair look amazing. Thank you!!!

If I didn't sweat this would be an option..... but my hair is usually already drenched. Probably would make sense to do it the night before a rest day since I wouldn't be getting up in the morning to workout. Love the idea though It works for me this way

Thank you for doing this to yourself and then sharing your story with us. It's amazing how great it feels when you see someone who's the same height, very close starting weight, and very close goal weight, accomplish their goals. Keeps people like me motivated.

I called the vet the first time!! They told me to watch him that he could have just fallen or jumped off the sofa and landed funny. I'm not crazy. I did mention he was my baby. I even called the this morning. I was just checking for extra advise. You probably would have just sat there and talked them through it also.…
