  • Before you start stuffing your face I would recommend you have a complete physical to make sure there is nothing wrong and that is why you are losing weight. Not to scare you, but do that first and then go stuff your face. :sick:
  • I do not think there is a time lement as to when you will lose 30 lbs. It is different for everyone and losing too quickly is not always good. Slow and steady wins the race and probably will keep it off in the long run. This is not a competition who could lose the most. It is life altering work for each individual.

  • You are quite a busy person and it shows with all that you do in your weight loss up to date. Nicely done!
  • I try to do at least 3 days cardio with abs, and general exercise and then althernate the other days in between with cardio followed by strength training. If I do not get it in, I do not fret and make up for it the following day or week. Usually, 60 minutes cardio and 30 minutes of the other stuff!

  • Even ifyou are thin you get wrinkles and if you are too thin the skin still hangs. My sister who was always thin still has skin hanging etc. You cannot defy gravity.   • You should see your doctor since you may have some kind of anemia which tends to making you tired and not up to exercising. I think you should make yourself do something since I wake up many a time and do not feel like exercising either. Even a short walk is better thannone at all and you feel better about yourself.
  • I haven't eaten any of the activity calories either and they have me at 1200 calories also. I have lost about 8 1/2 lbs. sine January 2013 and it is slow coming off. I usually do measurements because I feel that is a better judge than just the weight.
