  • Not in my experience. I ran for years thinking it would make me lose weight without dieting. It didn't. Wasn't until I dropped my calories to 1200 a day that the weight started to fall off. Exercise will help you maintain your ideal weight but it won't get you there all by itself.
  • Pink is such a cliché. I actually think that's the most insulting part. My kettlebell (from Sport's Authority) is neon green. I avoid pink in running clothes too.

  • I have somewhat oily hair and wash every day anyway and always have. I have stick straight, fine, thin hair and it's matted flat to my head if I don't. I can't believe there are people on this thread who only wash their hair every couple of weeks. I hate to think what I'd look like!
