I would like to lose 5-7 lbs and increase my running distance on the treadmill and on the street! It's AMAZING! Just ate some this afternoon! Has a "nutty" flavor and is very universal. I made it as a cold salad with lots of chopped fresh veggies and a little EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar. Go for it!

We have Isaiah Michael (5 1/2) and Lindsay Corinne (3 next week.) If Isaiah would have been a girl, he would have been named Swyn (Sa-Win) Elyse. Hubby picked Lindsay. He is more traditional and I like more unique names! :p

Made this for dinner tonight and it was AMAZING! Instead of cinnamon I used about a tsp of Garam Masala instead. I LOVE flavor in my food and Garam Masala is my go to spice for depth. We had a left over breast and Im going to use it for tacos tomorrow! This is a simple and very tastey meal. THANKS!!!
