I'm not sure of the science of it all, but I find that if I avoid carbs at dinner, the next morning wake up feeling skinny, which is always nice whether its moving the lbs or not

WAY TO GO! thats awesome! Just remember to not expect such great weekly weight loss results everyweek, so you're not dissapointed. I find that eating right is #1 and really pushes me to excersize too! keep on going! congrats!

Its not a perfect snack, but at night I have a cup of tea with some arrowroot cookies, you can have 5 for about 140cals, i look forward to it every day! Knowing i have something like that later on makes me more motivated to make a big salad with chicken for dinner
