tuna noodle casserole!

I've really been craving a tuna noodle casserole and was just wondering if anybody has any recipes that are decent for calories!

    I have't had that in years but sounds so good. I hope we can find a healthy version of it.

    This one's not too bad, under 400 calories. But I haven't actually made it before. I do have their Looneyspoons cookbook and love it though.

    I use this one from the Cinch book. This is the best tuna casssrole without all the fat and calories of the crm of mushroom soup. It's a healthy version.....

    1 cup green beans
    1/3 c chopped onion
    1/3 c chopped mushrooms
    1/3 c shredded carrots
    1/4 c low sodium veg broth
    1/2 whole grain pasta (cooked)
    3oz chuck light tuna, in water, drained
    1/2 tsp garlic
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

    Preheat oven 400. Over med heat saute vegs in broth and add seasoning. Toss with tuna and pasta. Place in baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 10-12 mins.

    This makes one serving
