Okay, I would love to join...Ive been trying to get back on track but has seem almost impossible :ohwell: ...this is probably the motivation I needed...I want/need to lose the 10 I gained back and the last 5 I was fighting to lose before I gave up...So count me in!!!! I experienced the same issues at the beginning but my body got used to it...I want to say it takes a while for your body to adjust...other than that, I love my Fiber One bars, muffins and cereal and have them everyday.. :wink:

I tried using my hrm on the treadmill but had an unaccurate count...apparently, there was some interference (then again i have a cheap one and dont think is accurate anyways)...what I do is that i will reduce at least 100-150 calories from the count I get from the machine and I dont usually eat them back just in case...Im…
