  • I go to the gym every weekday right after work. This does not allow me to sit on my butt and decide not to go. On Sat and Sundays I go when I get up. That is what works for me.   • I take a Jamieson Omega 3-6-9 with breakfast and lunch only and I also add a Jamieson B Complex in the morning. Only one of those per day. Very good for you.
