Does anyone take omega supplements? I know I don't get enough in my diet, so on Dr. Oz it was said to take 600mgs daily. Whats everybodies take on this?

Yes Fish Oil pills. Great for your skin. My skin was always rough until my doc said to start taking and now it is soooo smoooth.

Yes, I do as recommended by my Doctor. I take 1200 mg daily. I don't like fish except tuna (in can) so this is the only way I am getting my omegas.

I take a Jamieson Omega 3-6-9 with breakfast and lunch only and I also add a Jamieson B Complex in the morning. Only one of those per day. Very good for you.
