Take a walk- just burn it off a little at a time. Stressing over spilled milk or eaten peanuts not worth your time. Also FYI nuts are calorie dense.

One day won't hurt you. Just make sure you check your nutrition facts before you eat a new snack.

Ahhhh peanuts. I eat a bag of honey roasted peanuts every day around 11:00 am.

It's my favorite time of the day!

They are high in calories and fat, but it's the good kind of fat.

You just have to make allowances for the calorie hit.

Peanuts are very good for you in moderation. Go with the unsalted roasted kind. Just watch your serving size.

Shake it off, and choose a different snack next time. I learned that the hard way w/ Trail Mix. Ugh, Love it, but mega high fat and cals!

Drink your water intake for today...don't let it get you down. Keep your head up! be thankful you didn't eat the whole can... :P

I don't mind peanuts, but stick to a one ounce serving. Lots of protien and "good" fat. Great snack after a workout.

no reason to be pissed off at the peanuts. Next time if you plan ahead nuts should fit into your food plan nicely, they are healthy for us so eating them on occasion consciously is not a problem:flowerforyou:

My hubby did the same thing recently! He had a couple handfuls before he read the label and realized he had eaten almost 2 servings without even thinking! He was mad at himself but realized he needed to be more mindful next time and he hasn't done it again.

Nuts are great for you, if you have the room for the calories. I eat nuts and nut butters quite often, very healthy, just account for them in your caloric intake
  • Wow I did the same thing yesterday! the same exact thing....I started eating fresh peanuts in the shell and before I knew it I was at 1 cup of shelled peanuts...I thought hey there peanuts Its all good.
I looked up the calorie count and wanted to throw them all back up! Ugh!!! I hate when I dont plan! or eat something because I think its "not so bad"

I prefer cashews, but honey roasted peanuts are delicious.

Nuts are great! Just don't overdo it.. pistachios, almonds, walnuts.. yummm!

I'm supporting the nuts, good for you and fill you up. I personally prefer almonds, but they make me feel good and full... just need to look at them as substantive, because they are.

I feel like if I need a snack between meals, I can snack once on mixed nuts and feel relatively satisfied until my meal. If I snack on other things, I either snack again or overeat at my next meal because I'm starving. So, eat with caution, but I'm a fan.

I stay away from nuts. The only time I gain weight is when I eat nuts. They are so good and once I start eating cashews, I just can't stop.
