Everybody is different so you shouldn't compare yourself to others. If you stopped eating every few hours and began to eat only once or twice a day, your body would adjust to that. Simple. You don't want it enough. One day you're going to be so unhappy with your weight and your health that you're going to make a change. Until that day, there's no need in trying to force yourself to do something you don't want to do. I know from personal experience.

YES! My boobs definitely got smaller. I do chest flys and that's supposed to help build the pectoral muscles beneath the breast to make them perkier.

Thanks for the advice. I'll wait it out for two more weeks and if I'm not losing I going to assume I'm doing something wrong. I still have a significant amount of weight to lose (30 lbs) so the weight loss shouldn't be too slow.

Definitely do more cardio, 2 days even at 2 hours is not enough for sustained weight loss. Your body has adjusted to those 2 days of working out. Up it to 3 hours and see if your weight budges.
