LOL!!! that's blunt. But I guess you're right. I started only doing "lady" pushups and I could only do maybe 5 or 6 of them. Now after 8 months I'm able to do 20 of the proper ones at a time.

I actually agree with the mother in this case. At such a young age there is no food specifically created to be low fat. Was the kid overweight in your opinion? Even so usually it's just baby fat that can go naturally by just having the kid be active.

interesting indeed. Yes good to avoid dining out...this was a real eye opener for me. I kinda trusted the calories on the menu were somewhat accurate...had no idea that 20% of the time it could be way way off.

This is a nice article but geez every other day they either confirm or contradict the same thing. You've lost a lot already...seems your right on track. Great job so far! Drink water and find a very very low calorie food you can eat when you've got a craving. I find that when I hit a plateau I need to actually eat MORE one day and then go back to my goal calories the next day (zig-zag). This tends to kick my weight…

I wouldn't say any part of this is particularly easy..but you've made the giant leap to join MFP...i would suggest putting into writing your goals and be specific as you can....and provide the reasons on your profile page.
