I got a little mini food processor so I can make my own almond flour and it has a slicing and grating feature and I got a Curtis stone frying pan that you don't have to put butter or oil in it at all, and just wipes clean.

Drinking more water does the trick for me. I find when I'm low on water I wake up feeling like I'm starving

I've been doing low carb since sept 1st. Lost just under 30 lbs

Every Friday. Find it keeps me going. If I do it daily I freak and obsess about the number. If I go to two weeks I find I'm more likely to cheat cause I think it won't make as big of a deal over two week span. If I start to platue I may do two weeks but luckily I havnt yet.

Got though Halloween wedding buffet with candy bar not eating anything bad except maybe the sauce on the meat. I had one mini kat kat today, stupid lunch room lol. If I can do that good while drinking(low carb as well) I can get though this season!!!

Everybodys body is different, I would stick to what your doing and adjust if you dont get results. Dropping how much you eat can send your body into shock and it will think your straving it, so it stores the food. Give it a little time before you start playing. You will find whats right for you. Good luck!

CHEESE!! I love cheese....and I just found out about a appitzer that is a bowl of a couple differnt cheeses and all they give u with it is a spoon and slicesof a roll....good thing I dont have that resturant here. I love cheese on its own or on many differnt foods.

Congrats!! I calculated how much I wanted to lose by the wedding and divided it by the number of weeks. Now I know how much I need to lose each week. I have lots to lose but I have pictures of smaller dresses on my fridge and cuboards...my fiance thinks im nuts!! Good luck!

I find it best to weight in one a week, twice at most. Your weight goes up and down so much. If you have a good week, pat yourself on the back. If your losing like 10-14 or more pounds a week often, I would talk to your Doc to make your your not doing it to fast.
