I didn't log anything for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. I ate and drank like I didn't care about my health, kind of like a year ago. Pretty sure I was over by 2000 or so. I already walked 4 miles today, there is still cheesecake in the fridge!!

Christmas Eve: Chinese food, Fa ra ra ra ra! (From the movie, no offense to anyone) Christmas day: Ham, some other stuff and................CHEESECAKE!! New Years Day: Sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and hot dogs. It's a Pennsylvania thing where I grew up. Will also have a pork roast for the non-PA people.

Have lost over 30 lbs since August. I'm 53 yo and 6' 2" and just dipped into the normal BMI range. No one notices except my GF. No biggie, I'm doing it for my health, not anyone else's!

Strawberries and raspberries are a lot lower in sugar than apples and bananas.

I substitute avocado for mayo when I make tuna salad. I eat 1/2 of an avocado per day.
