    I drink one (sometimes 2) cup of coffee everyday, sweetened with goat milk, raw money and maybe a little bit of green leaf stevia powder. I also drink at least one gallon of water daily, with 32 oz. of that first thing in the morning. As far as supplementation goes, I consume a few different things daily but my favorite is stabilized rice bran, which is extremely nutritious and very high in antioxidants.

    Egg whites every morning prepared diff ways but so good. This morning I had spinach onions tomatosv olive oils egg whites wrapped in whole wheat wrap. Yum

    Pretty much essentials, I try keep nice things for snacks sometimes like > almonds, pumpkin seeds, fruit (apples, tangerines, bananas) or whatever wierd cereal bar there is (atm there are 'go ahead yoghurt bars')
