I didn't log, I just relaxed and enjoyed the day!! I'm guessing I was about 10000000000000 over;))) It was a very good Christmas!

For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, right around 3000 above maintennce, all in. Call it 5000 above goal.

Which reminds me of something. People keep saying "go slow, you didn't put it on in a day". Well, I can eat enough to put on 1/2 a pound a day, easy. By that same argument, it should be fine for me to then have a half-pound/day deficit, too.

. that's a good point, I can easily eat a surplus of over 3,500 in a single day. and since I'm quite small, my maintenance calories aren't very high but for some reason I have a huge appetite lol, oh well!

I didn't log anything for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. I ate and drank like I didn't care about my health, kind of like a year ago. Pretty sure I was over by 2000 or so. I already walked 4 miles today, there is still cheesecake in the fridge!!

I stayed under, but was over a little the two days before.

Ummmmm, 1,349. That puts me at *just* under 3,000 for the day. BUT, as a friend once said: "It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year's Day that gets you … it's what you eat between New Year's Day and Christmas." Word.

    Too true! :drinker:

I was probably around 900 over (maybe 500 over my TDEE), my logging wasn't accurate at all. Didn't gain an ounce.

I went 1500 over my usual intake for cutting and I don't care ;) Back to it today.

I did log and I was about 1,100 over my goal, which is about 600 over maintenance. Scale showed I was up 1.5 pounds. I'm hoping it's all from sodium and will go down quickly.

Didn't cook and didn't weigh. I'm guessing by about 2000 but all the food is still in my friends house! Can't stop eating!! We leave today, thankfully, but since my destination is still not home, not sure I'll fare much better. I can gain a lb every two days but seem to lose like 1 every three. :( oh well, need to learn a few new lessons next year is all

Zero. Only because I went into hermit mode and didn't do anything this year
