Wow you look great. How did you do it? and how long'd it take you? I'm the same height and currently the same starting weight as you.

I started November last year, so it's taken just over a year. For most of it I ate 1200 cals a day eating back my exercise calories, for the last 3 or 4 months I've been eating 1300 a day. I started out by going to the gym and doing cardio & weights, but after a few months I realised just how much I hated it and stopped. I haven't done any exercise more than walking to the car since and have been losing weight at the same rate. Unfortunately for me though I only have another 10 lbs I can lose and I feel like I need to lose more than that to get the body I want (based on how little I've changed in the last 10 lbs), so I think I'm going to have to start weight lifting again soon. I'll see.

    Good luck with your diet!

So I started on MFP in January 2012 when my office decided to do a weight loss bet. I have been on and off this site for the last almost two years. But have really buckled down in the last three months and I see some great progress. I am certainly not where I want to be by any means, but I am a lot closer to my goal, about halfway!! I can not wait till I get to my goal. I know it will take a lot more work and dedication, but I am willing to put forth the effort to see my life completely changed for the better. It takes one small change to start.

I will eventually do some before and after pictures.

Although I have lost 118 LBS, I still have about 50 or so more to go. So I figured I would leave them until the end result!

I started my weight loss journey September, 2011 and have lost 45lbs or so. I have maintained and gained muscle this past year but I need to kick it up a notch and start losing more body fat. Always embarrassed to look at this before picture. I never remember being this big but pictures don't lie. Always work to be done but if this can inspire someone than the embarrassment is worth it!

First pic September 2013, second pic December 2013. Took three months of utter obsession (running 6 miles every couple of days and strictly keeping to 1560 calories per day (without eating calories back), but it's all gone horribly wrong over Christmas - have put 6lbs back on in last couple of weeks, gah!!!!

And here's a pic from this week - I do wear clothes! I don't really have any clothed before pics, as I hid from the camera.

I'm starting p90x3 next week. Can't wait for better results!
