    Wow! You look great. Having a goal and sticking to it seems to be the "secret." actually, for me calories in and calories out, and logging everything has been the secret.

    You should be so proud of yourself!!!!! Congratulations!! What a wonderful gift you have given to yourself, your husband and your daughter. I am old enough to be your mother, and I admire what you have done so very much. I never "communicate" on Myfitness Pal, but when I read your story I just had to tell you how proud I am of you. I will think of you as I work toward my own goals. Merry Christmas!!!!!!
