maybe not eating enuf for your exercise and your body has gone into starvation mode (lots ofpeope have their own opinions on this), or changes in body fat/inches but not seeing results at scales. stick with it. x

if thats all you have eaten for the day then that isnt really ebough or an especially balanced diet. Its bedtime here but not sure what time zone you are in. You should eat 1200 calories a day for your body to do the mimimum (your BMR), so I guess I would say regardless of what happened yesterday you should eat 1200…

are you eating enuf protein after your cardio session? I find that if i dont have enough decent protein then im hungry by bedtime and starving the next morning, just an idea. :)

If you googe US Navy measure body fat you get a web page you input the info requested (height, neck, waist and hips) and it calculates your body fat. I also havebody fat scales and the two figures pretty much tally up in about 0.5% of a difference between the two. Hope that helps. x

i agree, aqua. we do an aqua zumba class and it has people of all ages, all abilities and with a whole list of bad hips/knees/backs etc. Everyone is able to take part and we have a proper gigge. x

never weigh yourself after a bog event, you have consumed lot more volume today compared to 'normal' days intake so of course you will weigh more tonight. Get back on it tomorrow and don't get on the scales until weigh day or at least 48 hours. Good luck. x

As far as I am aware it differs for everyone and ketosis is obviuosly not ahealthy place to be. Balanced diet and everything within moderation is the way forward. x
