hi am new to mfp i have tried all the usual methods for losing weight , lose a bit then give up.Have realised finally the only way is calorie counting and more exercise, i have discovered zumba which i love so here goes i will get into my size 16 wedding dress my sept 2012 . :happy:

    welcome! im getting married next year, too & so far have lost 4 lbs in less than a week using this site. good luck!

    welcome!! :) zumba is awesome and a great way to burn cals! I'm also planning to get married next year and I am really hoping I can meet my goal weight by then - It'll either be may or september so we'll see!!
