Does depend on how heavy your lifting, how much effort you're actually putting in, your height, weight etc. There are a lot of variables. I don't usually but if I'm hungry I will. Or if I know I'm going out for a big meal/drinks/celebration I'll make sure I workout in the morning to compensate for the extra intake later in the day.

120 is extremely low for your height! Is it possible to get there, yeah probably. Is it a healthy weight for you ... maybe not? If you're happy at your current weight why not just tone up , lift weights etc (if you don't already) that way you'll tighten up what you already have. Just a suggestion, and good luck B)

I've had this problem belore, best solution I found was to mix it into Fat Free Greet yogart with a little milk and have it as a 'desert' instead. Most plain fat free greek yogarts have a pretty bland/bitterish taste which will counter act the overly sweet taste of the protein powder. I usually do: 80g Yogart + 30ml milk…

Get a heart rate monitor (HRM). Its the most acurate way of knowing what you're buring. They're about £40+ depending on where you buy it & what type you get. :flowerforyou:

From what I understand, the tubs are designed to last 14 days - having 2 shakes a day = 21 servings. That's on the weight loss plan. If your maintining (having 1 shake a day) then yes you're right it does not work out. However I think you are supposed to have 1 day off a week ... might have misunderstood that though?! I…
