always hungry after workouts?

i am alway hungry after workouts,

is there any good filling foods that i can eat after working out, low in calories

    It's usually normal for you to feel hungry after workout as your blood glucose storage becomes depleted plus some of your tissue glycogen. Your body is smart and its mechanism wants you to replenish your glucose level, hence you feel hungry. One of the best post-workout foods I consume are greek yoghurt and maybe can of tuna. They are not exceptionally low in calories :/

    i always take 2 apples to eat after the gym, easy and quick :D

    cheers,, ill probably try all your suggestions, or ill just have to workout longer, my problem is eating before the gym as well thought that would stop it

    I always have a shakeology shake before or after a workout.
