I was doing 1600 calories a day for a while, and it didn't work for me. It only helped me to maintain. So I've drop down to 1200 calories and so fair I seem to see results. I recently made the change about two weeks ago. But I can most def, see some improvement. I say go with what works best for you.

Oh man, this will be a hard one. 1. How thin I look from the sides! (due to the weight lose) 2. My face looks thinner 3. My lips 4. My hair 5. My boobs.. They may have gotten smaller but, their just the right size!

You might have to give it a few weeks. I didn't start noticing weight lost until the 6th week (on the scale) I didn't see actual results until I lost 20lbs which was a few months later.. weight lose can be very tricky and hard.
