This is for anyone who wants to get sexy for their honey.
We will weigh-in every Sunday before the end of the day.
We are one big team! I want everyone to succeed so there will be no eliminations, unless you eliminate yourself by not doing the work. Remember this is about you, your an amazing person, you deserve to meet your goals. This is about gaining self confidence, will power, and if you dont put in the work your only cheating yourself. So lets do this together. This will be where we meet and discuss and find out the winners of the week.

    Personal Strengths: I like to walk & work out so that should be good to go!
    Personal Struggles: I don't make my own dinner & I eat out a lot so making good choices will be hard.
    This Week’s Personal Challenge: Making myself stop snacking & treating myself with food.
    Favorite New workout: Using my handweights...I just dusted them off! :)

    This is my first post outside of my food diary!

    Beginning weight: 152
    2/14/12 Goal weight: 135
    Personal Strengths: I'm stubborn to the Nth degree (when used for good this is a fantastic strength!)
    Personal Struggles: I have very little self control when it comes to food and I'm terrified about the upcoming holidays.
    This weeks personal challenge: To stay motivated and watch what I eat this weekend.
    Favorite new workout: I just started taking a Spin class and I LOVE it!

    Current Weight: 149lbs
    (It was 149.7 but I'm so ecstatic about being out of the 150's I refuse to round up!)
    2/14/12 Goal Weight: 135lbs
    Personal Strengths: I didn't dip into the Halloween candy this week!
    Personal Struggles: I only made it to the gym twice instead of my desired 4 times.
    This Week’s Personal Challenge: My daughter doesn't have school this Friday so I need to make it to the gym every other day - and to stay away from the Halloween candy.
    Favorite New workout: Spin is the only thing I made it to last week... still love it!

    Personal Strengths: commitment to working out regularly.
    Personal Struggles: losing the weight, getting unmotivated when not seeing results.
    This Week’s Personal Challenge: eat no rice, have my shake in the morning, mid snacks, home made salad for lunch, with fruits, home made salad for dinner.
    Favorite New workout: I love it cause I hate it, planks...

    I can't seem to get under 130 so this is a true challenge. I NEED to get down to 115.

    Personal Struggles: Umm I always give into my sweet tooth. I "do good" for 2 weeks and then I will eat a cookie or something.

    Personal Struggles: I'm an ALL-OR-NOTHING- thinking so if I don't eat well, then it makes me just give up all together, NEED to change that!!

    Favorite New workout: I have been enjoying the ropes at the gym with my hubby. It's so hard, but it hurts so good! Also, the swinging bar (both I've seen done on the biggest loser!)

    ~Personal Strengths:I thrive in competitive situations, in a "group" challenge, I want to win! I may love you and will do whatever I can to support you to your goal, but I'm gonna kick yer *kitten*!!
    ~Personal Struggles:I have been recently diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder a.k.a P.T.S.D.(which makes binge eating an easy excuse for me!)
    ~This Week’s Personal Challenge:To make it one full week not giving into my late nite "save me from my hell" binge eating.
    ~Favorite New workout: Working harder and faster at work, so I sweat like a nasty pig!! AND...Walk/Jogging home from my weekly therapy session!

    ***Side note*** Although I am not "technically" in a relationship, I have recently professed my feelings to my best friend of 15 years(who has reciprocated his feelings for me)....and....I GAVE(not Lost) him my virginity on Valentines day 2000! Which would make this challenge an awesome "Anniversary" gift to us both!!!!(He is completely amazing, and has loved me unconditionally...through my darkest moments and my all time highest weight of 250lbs!!)
