  • Busy month so far and its only just started ! Aiming for 7lbs this month. Not had best week in gym so far, but made rest of the week is lining up good. Just ensuring i still eat decently even if im not going to the gym to ensure nothing goes back on !

  • I have oats for breakfast as well. Try adding cinamon or nutmeg to it for some extra flavor. I also add diced apple or raisens sultanas for example to it.   • If i am low and dont fancy eating, i normally have a protein shake. For me i was used to eating very calorie dense foods where as now im eating low calories density foods but the same volume of them.

  • Well goal this month is 8 - 10lbs. Aiming for 2st loss over next 14 weeks due to having a annual company event mid May. Gives me a weekly target of 2lbs a week and i know its going to be hard to maintain over that time frame but want a good target to aim for. So.... Watch this space :)

  • I try to keep mine to every 2 -3 weeks a the most. Whatever i have is always counted as well (just moved onto MFP from spreadsheet) and MFP does not give you any excuses with the size of the database.   • Depending on your protein powder, make it with hot milk and it comes out pretty good. Not tried it mixed with normal hot choc, but cant see any issues
