Our local ABC was hit by lightning last week. It is still not working on our dish. I love Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition! I hate that I missed tonight's episode.

I have used the Wii Biggest Loser Challenge. As long as I do it regularly it seems to help me out a lot! Lately I have been really busy and have not got to use it as much as I would like. I need a change in my routine or I get bored. Wii BL Challenge has been perfect for me.

I normally start drinking water shortly after I get up in the morning. I have 2 different cups that hold 32 oz. For me, the bigger cups helps me keep track of how much I am drinking. I pretty much eat everything I always have, I have just cut back. However, I do need to eat way more fruits and vegetables than I normally do. So, like you, I really have not changed a lot of my eating habits. I do need to make a lot better choices.
